The Review Page has it all and is loaded with detailed Brand, Company / Location information such as, “Who Are We?”, “Services & Products”, and “Opening Hours”; Geolocation via Google Maps (“Visit Us“); Reputation details such as, “Overall Reputation”, “Ratings Distribution”, & “Ratings on the Web”; External Social / Review Sites (“Follow Us on” & “Find Us on”); Photos & Videos (“Company's Photos & Videos”, and “Reviewers submitted Photos & Videos”). It even includes links to tips explaining how to write a great review and why customer reviews matter.
 All Reviews in One Place
All Platform Collected Reviews positive or negative get published on the Review Page. External Review Sites Reviews can also be published on your Review Page but they will not be used in the Overall Rating. Upon arrival on the page, reviews are ordered by descending dates, but the “Sort by...” block allows different types of sorts: by rating, by pinned reviews or by language (if we collected reviews in multiple languages).
 Customize Everything
The Review Page can be customized so if you don't want to display a block, you can hide it or, if you only want to collect reviews from requests sent via the Reputation Builder, you can hide the review block from the Review Page. Want to use your brand colors? Your wish is our command!

Reviews collected on other review sites or via the Platform look great on your Review Page. With links to the reviewer's social profile (when available), a user viewing the Review Page can double check that reviews are from REAL CUSTOMERS. We include the external site logo and an outside link to your company page on the review site. If the review site collects sub-ratings, they are displayed beneath the main rating.
 Social Activities
Let's get Viral! If a user clicks the Like / Useful / Funny or Cool buttons available below the review text, he is asked if he wants to share his activity with his social friends. The Platform generates on the fly a high quality image that is attached to the post. The post features a link to your Review Page: it's the perfect way to attract social traffic.

Manage your Reputation not only on a per-location basis but at an employee level. In the Platform's back-end, we consolidate employee's review ratings and provide statistics for each one of them. Organize internal contests and use the results to reward your best employees; you now have a great tool to motivate your team.
 Reviewer's Questionnaire
Set up to 10 Survey Questions on the Review Form and/or on the Thank You Page when you receive a negative review. Each question can have different types of answers: multiple choices, check boxes or a free text field. Answers provided by the reviewers to survey questions are for your internal use only; they are not displayed on the Review Page. We provide useful statistics for analysing results to questionnaires within the Platform.
 Photos & Video Attachments
From the Review Form, Reviewers can attach Photos and/or Videos to their Reviews. Users' Videos are auto-posted on YouTube while Photos are displayed below each review. These additional contents make Platform Collected Reviews very unique: they increase content sharing probability and improve social credibility.

If the Review is positive, a popup asks the reviewer if he wants to share it with his social friends. With one click, the review is shared to the reviewer's social network profile. The Platform generates, on the fly, a high quality image that is attached to the post and features a link to your Review Page; it's a great way to attract more social traffic.
 Intelligent Routing
Positive and negative reviews do not get the same treatment within the Platform. We let you decide the number of stars that makes a review positive. Reviewers, based on their rating, are redirected to 2 very different Thank You Pages. Thank You Pages have a video message in the user's language. 2 default versions are available with either a male or a female speaker, but you can also use your own video.

Thank You Pages feature a transcript of the video, in case the reviewer is located in a noisy environment. If the Review is positive, the reviewer is kindly asked to copy his review to the clipboard and to head over to one of the major review sites you choose to display (eg: Google, Yelp, Trip Advisor...). The user can easily leave the same review and rating by pasting the review text from the clipboard.
 Custom Redirect
Once the reviewer has seen the Thank You Page, by default, we redirect to the Review Page. Well, you might want to send him elsewhere: on a page of your website where he can take advantage of a special offer or download a coupon. Because the positive and negative Thank You Pages have their own custom redirect options, you can decide to redirect a negative reviewer to a completely different page (eg: the customer support section of your website).
 Thank You Email
You decide if you want to send an email to the reviewer after a review is submitted (positive or negative). If the review is positive, the email will remind the reviewer that his review can have a greater impact if shared on one of the main review sites. If the review is negative, we help you renew contact with this 'not so satisfied' customer. Each email message can be personalized to your specific needs and in multiple languages within the Platform.

The Platform uses its own URL shortener. Customers will have quick access to the Review Form and Review Page via your own Short URL and QR Code. The Short URL and QR Code to the Review Form are also included on all documents generated in the Printing Center. Within minutes, you will be able to promote your excellent reviews to prospects and customers. Apart from generated documents, you can add the Short URL and/or the QR Code, on your sales receipts, invoices or on any appropriate sales documents.
 Social Login
Before interacting on the Review Page or leaving a review from the Review Form, users are invited to log-in using one of the following social login providers: Facebook, Twitter, any type of Google account including Gmail or Linked In. When a user logs-in, the platform requests proper permissions from the social login provider and saves the user's profile details. A wealth of information is then at your disposal, not only from reviewers but from users that interacted. You can export and use this collected information in all your Online or Offline Marketing activities.
 Multi-language
Upon arrival on the Review Form or the Review Page, the Platform detects the user's browser language and provides the appropriate one.
