 The Strategy
Instead of passively waiting for customers to share their positive or negative feedbacks and reviews online on 3rd-party review sites (where you have no control of what is being said), you can measure customer satisfaction on an ongoing basis using the Reputation Builder.

Because you know who your satisfied and not so satisfied customers are, you are in control and can reduce or totally eliminate negative word of mouth. With this knowledge, you can act appropriately and, with a little care, disgruntled customers won't bash your business online!

 How does it work?
With a few clicks, you can create a single customer or import a file containing multiple customers to the Platform. The Reputation Builder intelligently dispatches one or multiple Feedback Requests via Email and/or SMS to your customers. When a customer receives the request, he is redirected to the Review Form where he can easily leave a review.

Depending on whether the feedback is positive or negative, it is handled differently (view the Review Form Features -> Intelligent routing). The platform also tracks each review origin and you will know where from the review came from.

Feedback requests can be fully personalized so you have control over when to send, and you can personalize Email subjects & bodies for each language.

The same level of control is available for SMS requests.

 Bulk Import Customers
The Reputation Builder supports import of multiple customers from a csv text file or from an Excel spreadsheet. With a few clicks of your mouse, your customers are inserted into the system and you are ready to send out Feedback Requests manually or in auto-mode via Email and/or SMS.

 Email Cleaning
Because we are sending out emails on your behalf from our email servers, we needed a way to preserve our email servers' reputation, that's why before sending out any email, the Reputation Builder uses a third-party email cleaning service that makes sure that all email addresses entered to the system are valid.

ListWise is the service we use for email validation.
They provide:

  •  Bounce-back checking.
 Send via Email and/or SMS
When entering new customers into the Reputation Builder you decide which is the best way to contact them. You have the choice of sending Feedback requests via Email * and/or SMS *.
 Drip-Feed Sending
When bulk importing customers into the system, Feedback requests can be scheduled so that they are not sent all at once. If you have many customers to import into the Platform, this will insure that, when a review gets shared by a reviewer on a third-party review site, your review profile looks natural.
 Queue & Sent Log
The Reputation Builder let's you see each Feedback Request queued for sending. When a Feedback request has been processed, it is moved to the Sent Log.
 API Support
The Reputation Builder has its own API. Within your CRM you can manage the whole Feedback request process. Add or delete customers, schedule requests, and more!
